Shipping policy

Our shipping and customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after you place them. This does not include time spent in transit!

*Note: During new versions, holidays, etc., there may be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.

Shipping time will vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to:
Total distance between us and you
Whether your package is domestic or international (anywhere else)
What shipping method you choose
Estimated shipping time is as follows. Please note that this time range is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Domestic:

DHL eCommerce: 3-8 business days (including $100 insurance)

UPS First Class: 7-10 business days

UPS Priority Mail: 5-7 business days

UPS Ground: 2-5 business days (including $100 insurance)

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (including $100 insurance)

International (excluding time spent at customs, border control facilities, etc.):

DHL eCommerce International: 7-13 business days (including $100 insurance)

DHL eCommerce International Priority: 4-12 business days (including $100 insurance)

UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days (including $100 insurance) Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made directly to the carrier. Our customer service agents only have as much information as you can see from the tracking number.

How much is the shipping cost?

All shipping costs will vary based on several different factors, some of which include: domestic vs. international freight; total package weight; and chosen mode of transport. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by customs for any reason. All shipping costs we require will be clearly displayed to you at checkout along with the service and estimated delivery time.
